OUR STORY
Established in 1928, Boxler Maple Farm is located in the small town of Varysburg NY. We are more than just a maple farm—it's a family tradition rooted in hard work, hospitality, and a deep love for sharing the simple joys of country life.
Owners David and Ella Boxler and their son Warren Boxler have been growing the family business for many years. Tapping thousands of maple trees each spring to produce 100% pure New York maple syrup.
As our farm grew, so did our vision. We wanted to create a place where families could gather, celebrate, and make memories together. That dream led to the creation of The Maplery Ice Cream, owned by Warren’s wife, Rebecca. Where handcrafted maple ice cream, creative specialty treats, and breathtaking countryside views have become a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike.
Most recently, we expanded once again with The Maplery at Boxler Maple Farm, a stunning timber-frame event venue designed to bring people together for weddings, showers, celebrations, and special occasions. Surrounded by peaceful ponds, towering trees, and beautiful sunsets, it's a place where unforgettable moments naturally unfold.

Golden Color and Delicate Taste:
